Maria is a native of Santiago, Chile, who developed a strong connection to the Pacific Northwest after relocating to Seattle. A perfect blend between city life, outdoor retreat, and dreamy views. As a foodie, she found an exceptional and adventurous culinary scene in Seattle.
 
Maria was immersed in the real estate industry as a child through her grandparents, who built their wealth by acquiring condos and flipping single-family homes. She would wear one of her grandpa's white hard hats and oversee renovations and construction with him. At eighteen, she decided to follow one of her passions and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Design, specializing in Fashion and Marketing. Maria realized how much she loves working for people, especially helping them to achieve their best selves. Just as in her past design career, her work as an agent aligns perfectly with her focus of creating tailored and caring experiences that fulfill an individual's specific needs, preferences, and ultimate life goals.
 
As a real estate broker, Maria is highly organized and excels in time management and planning. Her main goal is to provide her clients with stress-free experiences and deliver exceptional results. Maria enjoys assisting her clients in making their houses look stunning for online photos, open houses, and showings, bringing a creative and personalized touch to her work. She will help with selecting new paint colors, interior and exterior styling, and transforming their homes into visually appealing spaces. No details will be overlooked; that's her way of life.
 
Beyond real estate, Maria is passionate about advocating for early childhood ASD development and screening. During her free time, she enjoys watching sunrises, baking cookies, paddle boarding, and spending quality time with her two cats, husband, and 5-year-old son.
