Brandon Newell brings a wealth of experience and a passion for service to Portico Real Estate. With a dedication to helping clients achieve their real estate goals, Brandon finds fulfillment in guiding individuals and families through the process of buying and selling a home.

A graduate of the University of Washington, Brandon holds a degree in Business Communications and boasts a background in professional baseball. Having played for the New York Mets and served as the NW Scouting Supervisor for the Milwaukee Brewers, Brandon's sports career instilled in him a strong work ethic, resilience, and the ability to forge meaningful connections.

Transitioning into real estate during the challenging times of Covid, Brandon seamlessly assumed roles such as sales manager, listing coordinator, and buyer/seller agent. His adaptability, coupled with his love for building relationships, enables him to navigate the complexities of the Seattle real estate market with ease. A skilled negotiator and expert in contracts, Brandon has a unique perspective in our challenging, often multiple offer situations.

Outside of real estate, Brandon enjoys spending time with his amazing wife Rachel and their twin daughters, Faith and Kaylee. In his spare time, Brandon enjoys time on the golf course and in the kitchen with his family.
